Over 86,000 square feet of warehouse space and nearly 16,000 square feet of office space was gutted and remodeled during this tenant improvement project.
The office was outfitted with class A finishes, and we worked hard to keep the design close to the tenant’s company image. The revamp included a 40-foot-long glass logo wall, training rooms, private offices, conference rooms, washrooms, a kitchen and demonstration rooms. The warehouse renovations included updating the electrical, mechanical and sprinkler systems, along with an upgrade to the flammable liquid storage room. A 12,000 square foot paint booth, workman fabrication stations, compressed air system and racking were installed, along with new T-5 Lighting throughout, and smoke vent/skylights in the ceilings.
