Keeley Construction recently celebrated the groundbreaking of a 312,306-square-foot speculative warehouse facility located at 3600 Houbolt Road in Joliet, Illinois. This project marks another milestone in our continued partnership with Mapletree, reflecting shared values of collaboration, innovation, and excellence in industrial development.
