After building Ruprecht Meats original 107,000 SF facility, Keeley Construction was called back to build out their 75,000 SF Food Production Space
  • 75,000 SF Food Production Area consisting of:
    • 17,000 SF Convertible Freezer
    • 51,000 SF Production Space
    • 4,000 SF Employee Welfare Area
    • 3,000 SF Equipment Room
    • Renovation of existing 14,000 SF Freezer into Blast Freezer, Production Spaces and New Staging Area
  • All work took place while existing food manufacturing operations continued
  • Upgraded Existing Ammonia Refrigeration System to accommodate Existing Facility, Expansion Facility, Added Process Equipment and Future Process Equipment for a Total Refrigeration Capacity of 2,037 Tons of Refrigeration
  • Integration of state of the art automated cooking and chilling process through the use of Armor Inox Thermix Cooking machinery
  • USDA Governed Facility meeting all Government and Independent Auditor Requirements
  • 45'-0" Clear Convertible Freezer/Cooler
  • New Employee Welfare Area: Added locker rooms, toilet rooms, gowning area, laundry room
  • Construction of new Searing Room within Production Space
  • Renovate existing 14,000 SF Freezer into: Blast Freezer, Additional Process Poiler Room, Spice and Tote Wash Rooms, Additional Staging Area with (3) Added loading Docks and Falling Film Chiller Room for Process Equipment Chilling
