Keeley Construction has partnered with Lizzadro Real Estate, LLC on this adaptive reuse and full renovation of the building located at 1220 Kensington Road in Oak Brook will be the New Home of the Lizzadro Museum of Lapidary Art on the first floor and the Museum Plaza Offices on the second floor.

After building Ruprecht Meats original 107,000 SF facility, Keeley Construction was called back to build out their 75,000 SF Food Production Space

27,000 SF of laboratory rooms complete with power distribution, HVAC and plumbing and 10,000 SF office space for an engineering services company that provides a wide range of product testing, inspections, and certifications.

The project consisted of converting a 110,000 SF high tech distribution facility into an office, warehouse and distribution facility for the nation's largest vending machine operating company.

Working with Venture One Real Estate, the redevelopment of 2801 S. Western Avenue in Chicago received the award for Industrial Redevelopment of the Year presented at the NAIOP 29th Annual Awards for Excellence. The renovations included the addition of 38 exterior docks, new HVAC, lighting, ESFR sprinklers, additional cold storage, new parking lots, and rehabilitation of the office and building facade.

While keeping production running in Nalco's Central Chemical Production Plant, we replaced the 100 year old existing roof and built a new structure which raised the roof by 20 ft.
