Prior to joining Keeley Construction, John Keeley was a managing partner in two local heating and air conditioning companies.  John’s previous experience in the mechanical field provides Keeley Construction with insight into the technical aspects of modifying existing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems.

John joined Keeley Construction more than 25 years ago and has completed an array of projects for a number of different clients; each with unique needs and requirements.  His experience has been advantageous to both our clientele and the Keeley  team.

John’s intuitive knowledge of the construction process, along with an understanding of the needs of clients, has helped Keeley Construction rise to the forefront of the industrial market sector.

John is responsible for estimating and the management & operations related to Tenant Improvements and re-purposing existing buildings that have a wide range of new uses.   He monitors the construction, trade coordination/scheduling and execution of each project to ensure it is completed to the satisfaction of the client.
