Billy is responsible for the day-to-day operations of each project under his supervision.  He oversees and monitors the construction, trade coordination/scheduling and execution of each project to ensure it is completed on time and within the budget.  In addition, he is responsible for all safety compliance including necessary inspections, safety meetings and documentation. Billy understands the importance of continuous communication between the project team, architect and owner.  These relationships help in streamlining the construction process while solidifying a team environment that is essential to successful projects.

Billy’s 7 years of experience in the construction industry includes Project Supervision, Project Management, and Estimating. His intuitive knowledge of the construction process and sequencing, along with an excellent understanding of the client’s needs, has made Billy an asset to Keeley Construction.
