WEST DUNDEE, IL (May 6, 2025) – Keeley Construction is proud to announce its partnership with Helukabel USA on a major 132,000-square-foot expansion of its facility located at 1201 Wesman Drive in West Dundee, Illinois. The project will introduce new warehouse, office, and climate-controlled manufacturing space—marking the first time manufacturing will occur onsite at Helukabel’s existing location.
This significant expansion not only strengthens Helukabel’s operational capabilities but also brings new jobs and increased production to the area.
The facility upgrades include:
- A new 9-inch-thick floor slab with an isolated area designed specifically for a twister machine
- Custom red storefront framing to match Helukabel’s brand identity
- Two new EV charging stations for office use
- An expanded office space featuring a gym, cable testing and assembly areas, new locker rooms, showers, and a modern breakroom
- Design-build mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems led by Keeley’s MEP trade partners
- Two new depressed dock positions with retaining walls to streamline logistics and delivery
Keeley Construction’s project team is led by Paul Jennrich, Senior Project Manager; Dan Zboncak, Senior Superintendent; and Dorothy Mateo, Project Coordinator.
Project partners include Skedio Architecture, J&H, and Benchmark Developers, serving as the owner’s representative.
Construction is currently underway.
