This building is a 757,120 SF global distribution facility for Weber-Stephen Products LLC. The building was annexed into the Village of Huntley while concurrently designing the site and building. This presented an immense coordination effort between the owner, contractor, tenant, and the Village of Huntley. There is 14,000 SF of offices within the building and equipped with 142 dock positions with fully automated levelers, dock locks, and dock doors.
