This build-out involved constructing a new truck dock next to an existing dock on adjacent property with a shared driveway.
The company needed to be able to have full access to their existing dock at all times while the new facility, which featured 15 docks, 74 car stalls and one drive-in door, was being built. The new construction totaled over 129,000 square feet of 30′ clear height warehouse space and 2,000 square feet of office space. This new building brought the total number of square feet to 385,000 under one roof.
