Time was of the essence with this 475,000 square foot project.
Construction began in July and ended in December. A 400,000 square foot existing building was demolished and debris was recycled and used as fill for the new construction. The 32′ clear height warehouse/office complex is constructed with load bearing precast walls on top of an 8” slab with load plate baskets. Overhead is a 60 mil TPO roof outfitted with skylights, meeting FM1-90 requirements. Interior features include an ESFR fire protection system and the rack aisles are lit with 30 foot candle fixtures. Seven weeks of the project were devoted to the 250,000 square foot build-out, where 7,500 square feet of office space and 45 dock positions with seals and trailer restraints were installed.
