Ruprecht wanted to consolidate three separate food prep facilities (raw processing, cooking and cold storage) into one location, and came to Keeley with this complicated and challenging 107,000 square foot project.

An existing building was completely gutted, including warehouse floors and a portion of the sub grade to accommodate new freezer and cooler slabs. Cross contamination requirements set forth by the USDA and FDA along with the constant changing demands consumers placed on Ruprect’s product offerings required strict attention to detail. The result is a state-of-the-art food processing, preparation and distribution facility.
