O’hare business park (obp) 800,000 square foot office and warehouse complex overall park renovations on 15 buildings simultaneously. Construction consisted of unified exterior elements for all 15 buildings, common signage, consistent paint schemes, upgraded architectural features with metal stud framing and eifs facade improvements, upgraded landscape, added irrigation systems, overhead door, window and man door replacements were deteriorated or broken.
