Constructed 4,000 sf of new office space

Constructed a new it room within the office that utilizes a stand alone cooling and security system. New conference room was constructed for prospective clients along with a new lobby/waiting area. Room had individual lighting control systems along with drop down projector and screen. New break room also consisted of new flooring, millwork and plumbing and the latest in flat screen technology for employee enjoyment. Constructed (23) new dock pits and retrofitted (13) existing docks with new levelers, seals, dock locks and dock controllers. Installed new t-5 lighting throughout warehouse and seamlessly worked with tenant’s rack installer to ensure a quality installation. Assisted in the relocation of the tenant’s existing equipment to the new facilityconstruct a new 6,000 sf flammable liquid storage room inside warehouse space. Fls room integrates the latest technology in flammable liquid storage thru the use of a blobel retention barrier. Work was completed on budget and (1) month earlier than projected. Project was completed in phases to allow early occupancy while operations were taking place. Project and team was very sensitive to the employee access to site, security dust and debris, noise and access to the site so as to limit the impact on the day to day operations that were ongoing while construction was completed.
