The 53,300 precast addition has 6 complete dock positions including 9x10 doors, dock levelers, hydraulic dock locks, and dock seals and a 12x14 motor operated drive-in-door. The addition is connected to the old building by a new overhead door way featuring a high speed coiling door and a new man door connection. The entire site was brought to current MWRD storm water detention standards with the inclusion of two storm water detention ponds and one new storm water volume control pond. The exterior facade on the existing building was updated with the use of corrugated metal wall panels, new lighting, masonry repairs, and new storefront glass and glazing throughout. The existing office works includes a 1,800 SF office expansion, follwed by abatement and complete remodel of the existing 5,300 SF office space.
