With the design help of Heitman Architects, we helped 50-year-old Montini Catholic High realize their vision of a new 33,000 square foot single story building housing seven science labs, a new library, computer labs and new administrative offices.
Construction is precast concrete with glass partitions, and CMU and metal frame and drywall interior partitions. The design utilized an HVAC system for each classroom as well as a zoned system for the administrative offices. We installed a full sprinkler system, a fire alarm and mass communication system, tile and carpeted flooring, new electrical service and lighting, and casework and cabinetry with epoxy countertops in the science labs.
