137,000 sf commercial bakery construction consisting of major interior demolition, new improvements including new bakery line, new employee cafeteria, restrooms & locker rooms, quality control labs & office, and construction of new silo pad. Demolition included removal of all hvac & bakery roof equipment and penthouses, existing steel structural columns, and interior demolition. New improvements include the construction of a 35,000 sf bakery line area, and coordination of new line equipment. Hvac and bakery process mua and fans, 6,500 sf new employee cafeteria, restrooms and locker rooms. Construction of new quality control laboratory & office, new trucker’s lounge & office, exterior electrical room and new com ed utility connections, cmu wall construction throughout the project, installation of steel beams to reinforce existing roof structure, installation of steam generation systems for bakery process area, installation of compressed air and oil feed lines to new silo. Exterior civil work includes milling and resurfacing of the existing asphalt pavement and installation of new storm water restriction structures.
