New dominic hall – 33,000 sf education building

Demolition of the existing 1960′s dominic hall building improvement in its entirety and reconstruction of a new 33,000 s.f. dominic hall single story educational building. The new dominic hall includes new administrative offices, six (6) science lab classrooms, learning center / library and computer classrooms. Construction is precast concrete and glass partitions, cmu and metal frame & drywall interior partitions, acoustical ceiling, hvac system for each classroom and zoned hvac system for administrative offices, science lab casework with epoxy countertops, fully sprinkler system, fire alarm and mass communication system, tpo roofing, student and administrative office restrooms, hard tile-vct and carpet flooring, new electrical service and lighting.
