This 140,000 SF Spec building was built for Brennan Investment Group after demolishing a 232,000 SF brick masonry factory in 2013.

The 184,000 SF Spec Warehouse was built in 2015 for Hamilton Partners.

Pure's Food is a 53,300 SF Precast Building Addition connected to an existing 55 year old food manufacturing facility. All work was phased so that the owner could remain in operation during the construction.

This LEED Gold project was awarded the NAIOP Industrial Redevelopment of the Year in 2009.

Time was of the essence with this 475,000 square foot project.

We built two virtually identical buildings same time, so naturally we call them The Twins.

This build-to-suit, new construction warehouse/office facility, containing over 200,000 square feet of unique features, called for 36 dock positions with levelers, dock locks and seals along with a 40-position battery changing area with eyewash/emergency shower.

In this 92 acre development sits a new construction 952,675 square foot building.
