Keeley Construction has partnered with Lizzadro Real Estate, LLC on this adaptive reuse and full renovation of the building located at 1220 Kensington Road in Oak Brook will be the New Home of the Lizzadro Museum of Lapidary Art on the first floor and the Museum Plaza Offices on the second floor.

We built two 10,152 square foot day care centers.

We built classrooms, offices, a quiet room, a conference area, a cafeteria and a warming kitchen.

Extensive research needed to be conducted for this interior remodel to get all the details and woodwork just right.

This project started with an 80-year-old abandoned building that was in rough shape.

In only two-and-a-half months, we rehabbed this 4-story, 60,000 square foot educational facility adding new classrooms, electrical service, fire alarm systems, telephone/data service and modifying the HVAC system to accommodate those changes.

We bring professionalism to small spaces, too, no matter it’s location.

With the design help of Heitman Architects, we helped 50-year-old Montini Catholic High realize their vision of a new 33,000 square foot single story building housing seven science labs, a new library, computer labs and new administrative offices.
